This policy explains what information Green Grass Landscape collects through this website, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. It applies to greengrasslandscape.com, to the forms and phone numbers published on it, and to the two text-message programmes described below.
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, city and ZIP code, the service you are interested in, and anything you write about your property. We also record whether you opted in to text messages. These fields are used to respond to your inquiry and to prepare for a consultation. We do not sell this information.
The phone numbers shown on this site are tracking numbers provided by CallRail. When you call, the number you dialed tells us which marketing source brought you to the site, and the call may be recorded or logged for quality and record-keeping. Calls connect to Green Grass either way. If you would rather not be part of call tracking, you can reach the office directly on the main business line.
This site loads Google tags to measure how visitors arrive and whether they submit a form. When you arrive from an ad, campaign parameters such as utm_source, gclid, fbclid or msclkid are held in your browser for the length of your visit and attached to a form submission if you send one. That lets us tell which campaigns generate real inquiries. This data is about the visit, not about you personally, and you can block it with your browser or ad settings.
The SMS opt-in on our contact form is unchecked by default and is never required to receive a quote or service. If you opt in, messages are limited to scheduling and service updates about your own inquiry — no marketing. Expect roughly one to five messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Separately from the customer care programme above, Green Grass operates an SMS programme for job applicants who apply through greengrasslandscape.com/careers. If you check the SMS opt-in box on the application, you consent to receive recurring text messages related to your application — specifically interview scheduling and confirmations, application status updates, requests for documents such as I-9 verification, tax forms and background-check consent, and, if you receive an offer, onboarding and first-day logistics. No marketing or promotional content is sent through this channel. Message frequency varies with your position in the hiring process; typical volume is one to ten messages per application. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out — opting out does not affect your application. Reply HELP or call 630-353-1709 for support. Consent to SMS is not a condition of employment or of application consideration.
This site uses browser storage for two things: remembering campaign attribution for the duration of your visit, and the tags described above. We do not use browser storage to build advertising profiles ourselves. Your browser settings control cookies and storage, and blocking them does not prevent you from using the site or contacting us.
Form submissions and job applications are transmitted to the customer and applicant management systems Green Garden Group uses across its landscape companies. Call data is held by CallRail. Advertising measurement is handled by Google. Each of these processes information on our behalf so that we can respond to you and understand our own marketing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, call the office and ask for the request to be passed to the person who handles website inquiries. You can opt out of either text programme at any time by replying STOP, and you can decline analytics and advertising cookies through your browser.
This site is intended for homeowners, property managers, and job applicants. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the forms on this site are not directed at them.
